Friends of the Kingdom 30-Day No Questions Asked Refund Policy

At Friends of the Kingdom, we are committed to creating a Christ-centered community where you can grow in your faith, deepen your relationship with the Holy Spirit, and be equipped for kingdom living. We pour our hearts into providing teachings, resources, and support to help you walk in victory and experience God’s presence daily.

However, we understand that sometimes things may not be the right fit. That’s why we offer a 30-day, no questions asked refund policy. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your membership experience within the first 30 days, you can request a full refund—no hassle, no pressure, no explanations needed.

We believe in what God is doing here, and we’re confident that you will be blessed by the community, teachings, and encouragement. But if you decide it’s not for you, rest assured that you can step away without worry. Simply reach out to us within 30 days of joining, and we’ll process your refund promptly.

Return & Refund Policy for Physical and Digital Products

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds May Be Granted for:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to officially post.
  • Contact your bank; processing times vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at [email protected].


Gift Returns

  • If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit upon return.
  • If the gift was sent to the giver first, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns To return your product, email [email protected] for the return shipping address.

  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on your location, exchange delivery times may vary.
  • If returning an expensive item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
